Theme Song: Baby There's a Shark in the Water by V V Brown
Personality:
aggressive || bullheaded || sophisticated || venomous
While Mano often looks laid-back he very rarely is. He was not named for a shark singularly for his markings; rather Mano shares some personality similarities with the aquatic predators as well. He's liable to stand somewhere for hours on end, or pace ceaselessly the length of the longest Clovercliff pastures and then have an explosion of energy when he is interested by something on a distant plane. Mano is an experienced jumper and can clear a majority of the fences on the property with ease so he is always exploring wherever he wants. He also has a tendency to circle, especially when he is aggravated with someone and feeling aggressive. Mano throws his weight around and gets the respect he deserves from the other horses as he is liable to bite if someone disrespects him.
Somehow, despite all proof to the contrary, Mano does have a best friend in Lelantos, the romantic dreamer who has been alone for many years. Mano is almost always at the other stallion's side; while they share no love for each other there is genuine affection in their friendship. Lelantos is the only horse who can approach Mano when he is in a "Mood"; Lelantos has never been bitten by him, and never will be. Mano respects the wildness in him as he respects it in himself. He does as he wants and impresses his will on horses who get in his way, and his stubbornness extends to Lelantos; if he says he wants to do something, Mano will make it happen. He does have a surprising capacity to hold grudges, and will remember things for years upon years. He can recognize a face he has seen only once.
