Theme Song: Waking Light by Beck
Personality:
allocentric || eloquent || seraphic || incorruptible
It is difficult to ascribe a personality to a being which has inhabited a hundred different bodies and experienced a hundred different lives. Quetzalcoatl is predictable in only one way; they constantly look for the upside. They are never content with accepting a bad situation for what it is, and work to see a greater meaning in it. This has made their long life more tolerable, as they believe their continued existence is for the greater good. They have great faith in humanity and the new gods; they are deeply interested in mythology and religion and technological advances. They keep a keen eye on the movements of the humans and the new things they devise and are well-versed in a multitude of modern and ancient languages to better communicate (or eavesdrop, as it was).
They are an excellent speaker and an experienced orator and never speak with noticeable hesitation. They have great faith in themselves, as well, and their brothers. They sometimes have difficulty relating themselves to mortal horses; they are so different in lifespan and experiences that Quetzalcoatl can find little similarities between them. Still, they try. They vastly prefer the company of their brothers at any rate, with Xolotl being their obvious favorite, and can often be found with one of them. They speak very little of their past; most of the horses at Clovercliff know only that Quetzal is kind of strange, and reluctant to speak of their childhood. They do not suspect that Quetzal is a reincarnated god, anyway, and they do not give the other any excuse to wonder either.
